Jonathan Hill is a Managing Director at TripleTree, focused on new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution. Jonathan specializes in Healthcare Services, with a focus on post-acute care, behavioral health, pharmacy, and technology-enabled services.

Prior to joining TripleTree, Jonathan was an investment banker at William Blair & Company, where he primarily focused on M&A execution, as well as public and private equity financings. He began his career as a member of UnitedHealth Group's Corporate Development team where he was responsible for evaluating and executing M&A transactions on behalf of the company’s business segments. In addition to transaction work, Jonathan worked closely with executive management providing analysis and support for various strategic initiatives.

Jonathan earned a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Seth Kneller is a Managing Director at TripleTree, focused on new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution.  Seth specializes in Healthcare Technology, with a focus on technology-enabled platforms serving the provider and payer end-markets, particularly those in the areas of revenue cycle management, clinical care delivery, and value-based care.

In addition to his experience at TripleTree, Seth has accumulated over a decade of healthcare experience working or volunteering at several notable healthcare provider organizations, including Winona Health, St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, and Mayo Clinic, the largest integrated medical center in the world.

Seth earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA charterholder (inactive).

Sage Nakamura is a Managing Vice President with Capital One Bank; he leads the Capital Markets Financing Group, which consists of Loan Syndications/Sales, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, and Structured Products.  The team supports debt and equity capital markets opportunities across the commercial bank, which includes both C&I and Real Estate transactions.  He joined Capital One in 2015, after 14 years in loan sales, syndicate, and structuring roles at GE Capital, most recently as the head of Healthcare Capital Markets.  Sage joined GE Capital in 2001 to develop the loan syndicate, sales, and trading platform.  Prior to GE Capital, Sage spent six years with Bank of America and Summit Bank, where he started his banking career in 1995.  He graduated from Skidmore College, where he majored in economics and business, and received his MBA from Seton Hall University.

Justin Roth is the head of investment banking at TripleTree responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and the overall management of business development, client engagement, and talent acquisition and development activities. Justin brings his executive leadership and operating experience in healthcare to his role at the firm.
 
Prior to joining TripleTree, Justin was Chief Financial Officer at Virtual Radiologic (“vRad”), a technology-enabled national radiology practice. Before vRad, Justin served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the Evercare business unit of UnitedHealth Group, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and financial and operational performance of this elder care and long-term care delivery business. In addition, he served as the Vice President of Finance for UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare & Retirement (f.k.a. Ovations) business where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as the company’s merger and acquisition efforts.  Justin arrived at UnitedHealth Group through its corporate development department, which is responsible for the Company’s merger and acquisition activities. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.
 
Justin earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Lakshmi Sreekumar is Managing Director of the Commodities Derivatives group, primarily focused on energy derivatives. Lakshmi has been with Capital One for five years, prior to that she was at Barclays Bank in the commodities derivatives group and prior to that she spent 7 years at BP in a multitude of roles from trading physical to derivatives across the energy platform.
